Conveyancer- Fee Earner

Overview of Position
- Taking instructions relating to transactions
- Ensuring that client files are kept up to date with all correspondence and documents.
- Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring clients are up to date
- Drafting legal documentation
- Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages, and discharges
Experience Required
- Must have at least 2 years + experience in managing your own caseload
- Experience of managing purchase, sale and re-mortgage transactions
- Experience of running your own case load
- Experience of conducting title checks and raising enquiries
- Previous supervisory and management experience desirable for team leader roles
Remuneration and further details
- Salary- £32k-£35k per annum
- Annual salary reviews
- Full time, permanent position
- Our client offers remote based/ hybrid working
- Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, this increases after 4 years of service by 1 day/ year to max of 30 days
- Employer pension contribution of 5%

- Incentive scheme (this is non contractual bonus paid quarterly and depends on completions/ billing targets)
